I personally have never withdrew and carried nearly that much cash in my life and would be very nervous doing so,
In fact I rarely use cash for anything, but I see its popular with Walmart customers.

I regularly deal with large amounts of cash. I am NOT a Walmart Customer.

I've carried as much as $15K in cash without any problem. I also 'carry' so no-one is going to steal it from me. ;)

I pay most of my bills in cash, not that there are that many with a paid off house and no mortgage payment.

Different strokes for different folks, and circumstances.

There ain't no ONE right way.
