This week, a federal court in Minnesota issued a preliminary ruling in a case concluding that discrimination against an individual because of his gender identity is prohibited under the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). In June of 2013, Jakob Tiarnan Rumble, a transgender man, sought treatment at Fairview Southdale Hospital, just outside of Minneapolis. He had a high fever and severe pain in his genitals. How does Judge “Susan” “Richard” Nelson, identify, herself-himself ? Does she prefer to be addressed as Judge”Dick” Nelson?
Or Dick-less?
Judges ludicrous decision. 63 pages worth. http://www.washingtonblade.com/content/files/2015/03/259302140-0-14-cv-02037-31.pdf

Given that they did not respond truthfully the antibiotic treatment initially prescribed was not working.
2) The nurses were uncomfortable working with the patient because of the patients surly and uncooperative attitude.
Since they didn’t name it, I assume it was a STD.
True, but which one.
Needs to cause sepsis. Severe inflamation (3x) of uterus. A seven day hospitalization.
What else?
Part of their objection was that the nurses checked his uterus at the start of every shift.
