Sometimes instead of zero parental discipline it is vicious parental discipline for not obeying every little command, getting beaten with switches or electric cords, being raised without compassion or empathy.

Law enforcement agencies allowed to provide strong punishment to these kinds of things would go a long way in curtailing future attacks. That will not happen. Many leos hands are tied by the national p.c. culture.

Look what happened to Off. Wilson in Ferguson. He was absolved of all blame yet is still treated as a pariah. If he hasn't lost his job now and forced to move elsewhere, he'll probably have to.

What needs to be done is the young thugs in black communities have to be informed that there will be nasty consequences for their violence. The great majority of black violence is against other blacks. Again, nothing will be done, and we'll be edging closer and closer to a race war.
