California State Attorney Kamala Harris may be forced to let petitioners decide if gay people should be executed for having sexual relations.
Because Matt McLaughlin, a licensed attorney in Huntington Beach, did everything right by state standards in proposing the “Sodomite Suppression Act,” Harris will likely follow state law and allow a ballot measure to be circulated.
The policy would make the “monstrous evil” that is homosexuality a crime punishable by death with “bullets to the head” or whatever form of execution is most “convenient.”
If the state fails to do its part in the mass killing of gay and lesbian violators, the bill deputizes the general public to perform executions in its place without any repercussions.

They can get judges to stop votes of the people. You could bet the libs could stop this if they wanted to. Obviously, they don’t want to.

Bottom line: ANYBODY can register a ballot initiative on ANYTHING by paying a $200 fee. It doesn’t get on the ballot unless he gets a few hundred thousand signatures, though.
