I agree, that should be a definite given (but probably isn't nowadays). I just don't know what would've been other appropriate penalties. If it was really rape, or attempted rape - a death penalty is fair. But it didn't sound like he went that far - just taking creepiness to its maximum boundaries. Deportation is probably the fairest approach (maybe some fine and jail time also).
I’d agree with Deportation - to Colombia or some like place with documents stating he’s a snitch for the DEA.
