A noble effort with hopes of keeping gun related crimes down. I suggest they take the names of EVERY one of those kids and within the next few years compare it to crimes where guns were involved, then tell me how good that pledge worked. While I am NOT against those kids taking that oath, living by it is another kettle of fish.
Just an observation but looking at the photo, it would appear those “kids” are all of the black race.
It's an inner city private school for boys. Not so diverse with 1% white, 1% Hispanic and 1% Asian. That pledge will be just as successful as a save your virginity for marriage pledge.
