Former Secretary of State Baker: I Signed Exit Form

by ELIANA JOHNSON March 20, 2015

State has no record that Clinton signed form certifying she handed over fficial documents. Former secretary of state James Baker said through a spokesman on Friday that he signed a separation statement from the Department of State when he stepped down as secretary in 1992.

The State Department stirred controversy Tuesday when it said it has no record that Hillary Clinton had signed the same form, known officially as OF-109, which requires employees to attest they’ve turned over all official records before their departure. According to the Foreign Affairs Manual, all employees are required to sign the form when “terminating employment” or when they are “otherwise to be separated [from the Department] for a continuous period of 60 days or more.” According to Baker’s policy assistant, John Williams, Baker signed OF-109 on August 24, 1992, the day he left the State Department to serve as White House chief of staff to George H. W. Bush.

Of course Hillary signed it.

They “lost” the form so she would not be prosecuted.

This is not a mystery.

I’m surprised nobody’s asked Rice and Powell about it. After all, the state dept. saying they can’t find any record of it is hardly definitive. There’s a lot of stuff this administration can’t find when it suits their purposes.

Perhaps Rice and Powell weren’t required to sign the form because of “Black Privilege.”

Even IF she signed it (and I don’t believe for one minute that she DID) and IF she’s the smartest woman in the world.... why wouldn’t she RETAIN a copy of it for her OWN records?

I say, her OWN copy, so a situation like THIS could be averted!!!

Any half-wit keeps proper records of this kind of stuff.

Signed it? They lost it? NOT!!

My mom passed last April 1, and I am JUST NOW finished destroying documents and receipts, canceled checks, etc. that were retained in OUR records.

If I can get my hands on the receipt for a mattress I bought at JC Penny in 1993-why can’t the ‘smartest woman on earth’ come up with a copy of her exit interview and other appropriate documents?

Clinton is the antonym to definitive.

And Sandy Berger just puts the documents in his socks.

Hell, they, the leadership, could not even “find” Benghazi or the Americans who died there or the reason they were attacked.
I curse that Susan Rice every time I hear her name or see her or Barak Hussein Obama’s pictures.

I don’t doubt that she never signed it.

My guess is that most lawyers will tell you to never sign anything that amounts to perjury.

Hildabeast is anything but stupid. She knew signing that would be a felony.

What were they going to do? Chase her down the street waving the form?

I wish it were only the Clintons that act that way. My guess is that just about every politician would avoid signing such a document these days.

No one is going to think Jim Baker even used a computer, let alone set up a mail server at this house.
