Police have announced charges against two 15-year-old boys in the murder of James Stuhlman, who was shot and killed while walking his dog in Philadelphia's Overbrook section last week.
One of those boys remains and large, and is considered by police to be armed and dangerous.
Police say they have in custody 15-year-old Brandon Smith. He has been charged with murder, robbery and related charges.
A warrant has been issued for 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton - the alleged gunman. Hamilton is also charged with murder, robbery, and related offenses.
Lesser charges are expected to be filed against a third boy, who is 14-years-old.

Just by doing a web search of the term "situational awareness" one can find dozens of good articles on how to train yourself to be much more cognizant of your surroundings and how to avoid risky situations before they happen.

If we, once convicted, left these ferals hanging from telephone poles in their ‘hood for a few months, maybe the message would finally start to sink in.
It took you this long to figure this out? Your first clue should have came in 1992 when a majority of those that voted said, via their votes, that they wanted an America hating draft dodger to lead them. The second clue should have been in 2008 when a majority of those who voted said, again via their votes, that they preferred to be led by an America hating muslim.

The majority of those in the United States of America that voted in both 2008 and 2012 said, via their votes, that they wanted to be led by someone that actively curses God's People. So pull your belts tight and hang on my FRiend. The United States of America is in for a rough ride.

In this case its more like walking your dog in a pretty nice neighborhood near a bad neighborhood demands a warrior attitude (and probably a warrior dog).
No guarantee that criminals will stay in their own neighborhood.

These feral punks should be tried as adults and given capital punishment. Perhaps publicly hanging these punks would serve as a deterrent. However giving them life sentences in adult prison might serve the same purpose if other street punks could see them being beaten and gang raped.

If you are walking in a "nice" neighborhood and you see some feral blacks headed in your direction (Hint: assume all negroes under about age 40 are feral until proven otherwise), put on your situational awareness cap and get the hell out of Dodge. Change direction, cross the street, step between parked cars, etc. - do the unexpected even if it means "insulting" the potential feral bastards. Most of them don't care about your feelings. Why should you care about theirs?
Meanwhile, make sure your weapon is handy, just in case. Likely this poor dead Dad didn't think he needed one in his "nice" neighborhood. (Hint: If you can carry a weapon, always assume you may need one and act accordingly) A little "fun" or "payback" by the racist tribe may mean you being maimed, becoming a vegetable, or dead. Probably the easiest you will come out of a confrontation is a lot of pain, blood, and stitches.
If it comes down to it, make sure it is their fat-assed baby-mommas complaining to the media, "My little Tyfine, he was a good boy and never did nuffin to nobody!". Don't worry about the feral baby-dads. They are long gone, probably to jail or the cemetary.
So would I. That is a lot of what is missing today - quick and visible justice. It would be a huge deterrent to many and a much better closure for the victims and families. Plus, the recidivism rate is 0.00%.
What is there not good about it from a decent society's standpoint, including fewer criminal lawyers and social workers making a nice living?
