I hope it was not a murder. But in sure that there are those....centered around Washington and New York...who likely actually hope otherwise
I’m guessing this guy had problems of his own.
Trying to adjust after more than 25 years in prison and the last time he was seen was when he was dropped off at a Casino.
Not knowing anything about evidence at the scene, those other facts would be foremost in my mind if I were investigating.
