Congress has subpoenaed the emails of "close to a dozen" people who worked in the State Department for Hillary Clinton when she was secretary of state, the chairman of the U.S. House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi attacks said on Thursday.
Representative Trey Gowdy, chairman of the Benghazi Select Committee, told Reuters these included aides to Clinton and perhaps "aides to aides."

Agree on that. Its part of disaster recovery. Do anyone think that IT is willing to be blamed for missing files because they didn’t back them up? Heads would roll.
There are also cc’s to various recipients that may prove interesting if they emails are retrieved. Cross checking those emails opens many investigative possibilities.
Oh, I understand the technology side of it. What I questions is, who is going to enforce law?
