The letter almost sounds like it was written by someone in the welfare entitlement class who are classless self-entitled dolts.

When ever I see someone park in a Handicap spot without a placard or plate I feel very angry. Next time I see someone and if they are getting in / out of the car i may just yell at them.

Me, too, but neither you or I have any authority to correct the problem. This could get us into a lot of trouble. We need to appeal this to the person who is truly offended--either the disabled person or the law who put the sign up. I don't carry a CDW just to get in a squabble like that that might go wrong.

Let me advise you: Don't take up somebody else's offenses unless it's a life-or-desth issue.

With sincere regard --

When I see someone without a visible handicap and no handicap placard on their car, I’ve been known to walk up close to them and count ‘one, two’ while distinctly pointing at each arm, then repeat while pointing at each leg and pointing to the handicapped parking sign. If that does not result in action on the part of the driver, I jot down the license plate and male and model oif car, then call city parking control.

Most drivers grumble but move, though several have suggested, using their middle finger, that I am #1! How appreciative of them, especially when parking control provides them with an invitation to pay a large sum of money to the city for the ‘privilege of parking in a handicapped zone without a placard!

Actually, please do yell, in my case it means I have forgotten to put up my placard; you may save me from a $250 fine, so yell away.

Many have gone beyond the handicapped spots and now feel entitled to park in the fire lanes in lots. ‘Ticks me off. Sometimes I think I may just lose control of my cart.

A hand full of jacks and a few minutes with a grinder. Make them nice and sharp.

Toss a few under the rear tires.

Walk away.

there are a lot of people who temp. use a handicap parking but their handicap is not visible. I have a severe case of pusticular psoriasis that when it breaks out my feet become a piece of raw meat, making it painful to walk, added to that I took a fall and ended up with compression fractures of the lumbar area, painful added to the psoriasis. Its like walking on shards of glass while the doctor works to get it in remission. Now I am on a medication that is used for cancer and according to the literature it is used for severe psoriasis. I don't always park in handicap, depends on how my feet are. Not everyone has a sticker, but due to a condition not visible are to others, I'll still use the space by the drug store. Overnight in an apartment complex is a no no even for me... Guess I'll have to get an OK for the sticker from my doctor...don't want to offend some busy body that is ignorant about my condition..I guess taking chemo to stop the spread of my skin condition does entitle me to park any place that gives me the shortest distance to walk...according to the doctor, the problem also can, if severe be spreading into my bones and organs...

Some people with heart conditions but no sticker may be parking in handicap, God bless them, I will not complain

I’m not suggesting anything here, but if the air somehow is gone from two tires, they might have 1 spare but wont have 2 spares.

My wife is crippled by arthritis, whenever I see a low life park in the HC space, I wait until they walk away then just slip my Kershaw blade into their front tire. I always check for an HC plate, placard or sticker, if they don't have it they can either pay somebody to change their tire or do it themselves. Yeah I know, I'm an A$$HOLE,f#ck'em.
