Using the Secret Service or some other government entity to setup her email server would defeat the purpose of using her own server. She may as well have used the State Department's email server.

It would be a good question to find out who set up the server for her and where the back ups are maintained.

She said something about it being set up during her husband's administration, but I thought this server was set up for personal use, not government use. If it was set up for government use and personal use, then there is a big problem in our government's security policies that has to be investigated.
