But since you referenced the Safe Families Act, can you identify the specific power delegated to the United States by the Constitution which would give the United States authority over this type of activity? And I do not want Administrative Law sophistry, but the specific power identified by the Constitution.
Saying lawyers work gratis is like satan is your friend.
Our family with four grandchildren has been screwed and had to move them to another state. Black judge, black case workers, black foster home, all inflicted and used against a white family. judge even wrote in a published journal about there not being enough family of non-color in the system. Couldn’t even get a highly paid lawyer to ask for a change of judge.
Been there, know what the lawyer crap is all about.
