In addition to appealing to the average voter, his expe­rience makes him a strong competitor among his peers. Since 1990, Walker has run in 11 political races — not to mention a recall election in 2012 — and has won all but one. The one thing that Scott Walker is capable of that sets him above the rest of the field is his ability to reach the people unfiltered by the main-lining media. This is the Reaganesque quality that we have been looking for in a successful conservative candidate. My fear is that when he really gets hot he will be attacked and destroyed on all fronts by the usual suspects.
