Tsarnaev, 21, is charged with killing three and injuring 264 w/ homemade bombs on April 15, 2013, and fatally shooting an MIT police officer three days later. A State Trooper described frantic calls made early on April 19, 2013, when the brothers began tossing homemade bombs at police......just hours after an officer's fatally shooting The unexploded bombs were filled with explosive powder and lined with metal BB gun pellets....described as an “improvised grenade”. The gunfight ended when Dzhokhar hopped into a black Mercedes and aimed it at three police office trying to arrest Tamerlan. The quick-thinking officers hopped out of the way but Dzhokhar ran straight over his brother....Tamerlan was briefly caught up in the vehicle’s wheels and was dragged to his death by his brother.

Why is this dragging out so long? The bastard terrorist killed and maimed many people including his own brother. HE is GUILTY! Time to stop wasting more tax payers money to prove something that we already know. I say hang the bastard and get on with life. Dragging the trial out will not bring those dead people back, put legs on others who were severely injured. Does anyone have any more doubt that Tsarnaev is guilty? Not from where I stand do I see folks pleading for the SOB’s miserable life.
While I believe this little POS will be convicted and given a death sentence, should I live so long as to see it carried out. If there were true justice there would be a gallows on Boston Common waiting for the minute he is convicted.
There are plenty of Tsarnayev friends and relatives in the US, all of whom need deportation. Especially "Uncle Ruslan."

Let’s see: Fedzilla sues States to NOT enforce immigration, but refuses to do the job they themselves sued as ‘theirs’. State-zilla ignores the 5th A (Takings) to fund ‘welfare’ to those whom should not BE HERE, at the same time refusing to turn over the same as criminal invaders....
So, who else is going on trial, to jail? Hell, FIRED?? Not a G.D. one. Each will hide behind the Constitution, the same rules/oaths they neglected.

Everyone is entitled to a trial in this country and while we KNOW he’s guilty as the Devil, what we should do as part of our legal process is put him on trial and then sentence him. We cannot at any point as a nation bypass the legal process just because we feel that we should ignore it. No one is pleading for his life and I’m thankful for that. Due process of law is something that everyone is entitled to. It won’t heal the injured or bring back the dead, but we’re taking control away from the terrorist and putting it back in the hands of the people.

The Tsarnaev bomber brothers offer us a teachable moment about near-suicidal US immigration policies.
(1) that foreign nationals must at least avoid criminal activity,
(2) that foreigners must stay off public assistance,
(3) that the US govt is disinclined to grant “asylum” (means a free ride on the US gravy train and endless SS payments) to “fearful refugees” from war-torn Islamic regions,
(4) on-the-book govt mandates that force struggling taxpayers to foot the bill for the refugees to go back and forth between America and their supposedly hostile homelands on the taxpayers’ dime. (NTL REVIEW/BY DAVID HANSON)
