French experts re-examining evidence have confirmed their earlier conclusion that the 2004 death of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat was not the result of poisoning, a prosecutor told AFP Monday.
The prosecutor for the western Paris suburb of Nanterre said the experts found there was no foul play in Arafats death, which sparked immediate and enduring conspiracy rumors. [ ]
Arafat died aged 75 on November 11, 2004 at the Percy de Clamart hospital, close to Paris. He had been admitted there at the end of October that year after developing stomach pains while at his headquarters in the West Bank city of Ramallah, where he had lived since December 2001, surrounded by the Israeli army.

Did he have a social disease?
How can we possibly believe a French prosecutor? This is a conspiracy, pure and simple.
Too bad.
It was suspected by quite a few that he died of HIV/AIDS.
CC
AIDS isn’t a poison?
Infected rectal warts he contracted during one of Pelosi’s visits to the mideast.
If he were going to be poisoned he would have been dead 25 years sooner.
He died from Botulism - Bad Meat in a can.
Okay, well expect this urban myth to be put to rest for good. Not.
Yes, I know he got some bad meat in his can....
Why would the Mossad wait until after the second intifada had already been quelled, and Arafat was at death's door, in order to assassinate him?
Especially after passing up much better opportunities decades before, when the PLO posed the main threat to the Jewish State?
Jason Bourne?
The original report that he was poisoned with polonium mentioned how much they found on his body. Well, it has a half-life of about six months, so I backed it up to the day he was buried. There would have been so much Po210 around there that everyone at the funeral or who prepared the body would be dead, and probably anyone in their households too if they tracked it home.
Hmmmm. No foul play in his death.... But plenty of foul play in his life....! :)
That’s what I heard
I remember how his appearance changed over the preceding two years from healthy-looking to skeletal and gaunt.
Back when he was Ringo Starr's doppelganger.
Arafat died from complications following a car accident. He was rear ended.
