WASHINGTON (AP) -- House Speaker John Boehner (BAY'-nur) says former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton must turn over her computer server to a neutral third party.
The Ohio Republican told reporters on Tuesday that Clinton surrender all of her emails so an independent party can decide what was personal and what was government-related.
Boehner said there are no changes in the House investigations. A special select committee is investigating the deadly 2012 attacks on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya. The panel's chairman says he wants Clinton, a potential presidential candidate, to testify twice.
Separately, the House Oversight panel is focused on the open records law and the ultimate fate of Clinton's emails.
Clinton has said the server "will remain private."

ok, so bonehead crying boy wants her server. Dress old bill up in a fluffy skirt, hose and heels and force him to his knees. Then boehner can be served as only desires.
Step one: Delete all “personal” emails.
Step two: Replace the old hard drive raid array with a new raid array, one drive at a time and rebuilding the array as you go.
Step three: When all of the physical media has been replaced, destroy the old drives.
Step four: Let anybody examine the server, because there is physically nothing left on the drives to recover.
Boner must know that Hillary is almost at step four, so she will eventually “agree” to a third party examination of the server, which will turn up nothing incriminating.
Can’t they issue a some kind of a federal court order to immediately seize the server ? This is madness...
I’ve said that too but in either case its not likely to happen.

Actually, this is a crafty move on the Speaker’s part. First of all, you can assume that the hard drive has been erased, destroyed, replaced – or all three. If she relents, the least likely option, the evidence will show – I should say, the lack of evidence will prove that she destroyed evidence.
In the most likely case, that she will refuse this most reasonable option, she will look guilty. The Speaker’s suggestion is lose-lose for Hillary.
Given that Time, the New York Times, and the Washington Post have been given orders to take her down, she really can’t get out of this situation.
Pretty smooth move.
