Article II, Section 1
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States,
at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office
who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years,
and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
That section was ignored twice, there is no reason to think any other parts will be enforced.
That said, I can assure you if we attempted to run Netanyahu for President it would NOT work - because everyone knows he was NOT born in the United States. The law would stand - there's no ambiguity when it comes to Netanyahu...
There's no ambiguity about the Twenty-second Amendment either: It says, "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice". Period.
We know Obama was elected twice. It's not up to his mama to say it was only once... or to people working birth statistics in Hawaii. EVERYONE KNOWS Obama was elected twice. ZERO Ambiguity.
The country's NOT divided on the legality of a third term. The Constitution is not ambiguous ... there's no wiggle room.
Soros and his $19 an hour paid whores think the whole Constitution is up for debate - they're paid to think that... doesn't make it so. If they were paid to say there were unicorns they would say there were unicorns and they ride them to work every day.
Really, consider the source.
