No, if the bill becomes a law, Arizona would essentially be independent of any executive order issued by the President of the U.S. that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.

Hmmm....wonder if people who did not obtain healthcare would still have to pay the penalty? Wishful thinking on my part!

What happens when the Feds withhold all $$$$ for things such as highways?
