A lawyer in California has submitted a ballot initiative with the state Department of Justice calling for the death of anyone who engages in sodomy in the state, the San Diego Gay & Lesbian News reports.

There was an earlier thread. This guy seems to exist only as a PO Box. Anybody can submit a prospective ballot measure by paying $200. To actually GET ON the ballot, he needs to collect a few hundred thousand signatures.
I suspect this is a stunt by a gay activist.

I suspect both. This guy’s nuts, and his beliefs may well be genuine. But the only reason a nutcase like this is getting any attention is to garner sympathy for LGBT folks.

The Uniparty politicians in this country are committing sexual acts against us in a figurative sense.
What’s sad is that people on both sides allow the media supporting the R and D political machines suck us in on issues like this letter about Iran or Benghazi or Obama’s plane trips etc. etc.
Many people still get excited and in a figurative sense drop their undies on the ground for the Uniparty political machines that use the false “sexy issues” to seduce us.....
100 percent of Democrats and 95 percent of Republicans are not real conservatives or patriots.
I think for myself and keep my pants on when I watch Fox News and listen to talk shows and surf FR etc. etc. etc.....
