The white population there is smaller. It’s made up mostly of older residents who don’t or can’t move out. The report did not take age into account. There are other factors that were not considered as well but I didn’t make a list. Sorry.

Saw something that stated 67 % of Ferguson population is black.
If so then what’s stopping the population from electing all black leadership at every level......
Seems like they can solve their own problem, but I think they know that there won’t be any change in behaviors which this is all about regardless of race...
Ferguson blacks never commit crimes. It’s racism that causes them to be arrested according to Holder.
Killing more cops will solve those injustices.
