Well the executive branch inserts many, many plums in tax bills also. This new proposed action by O is not a part of a bill which has to get voted on by Congress. Apparently he will simply impose it through an IRS regulation or rule change (or, “Are you serious?” ~ My Cousin Vinnie)

The Congress critters created this B.S. situation when they created the IRS and gave themselves the ability to force people/businesses to lobby the Congress for Tax favors.- Live by the sword die by the sword.

Fortunately, the relatively few court wins Obama has had on lawsuits against his 'phone and his pen', have come from the courts deciding the individuals don't have "standing" to file the lawsuit. The litigant must demonstrate direct personal harm from the action by Obama. Anyone having his taxes raised illegally by Obama edicts will certainly have standing to file the suit.
