The EPA was created by executive order, it’s not clear to me that Congress can eliminate it.

"The secondary air filtration system is composed of a single pipe duct system which contains a specialized metal filter, a metal fan blade, a drive shaft, and an accompanying power system with either a motorized or manual method. This system can be powered by either an exterior electric motor with a chain-driven drive shaft, directly spinning the fan blade, or a hand-powered crank," Sounds like a patent troll, are they planning on licensing royalties?

10 years from now we won’t be able to buy a grill without these things on them and they will cost 3 times what grills cost now.

Well, with absolutely no snark intended, it clearly isn't in the interest of popularly elected congressmen or senators to risk their reelections. Confronting the EPA or any bureaucracy would yield little personal benefit and probably lots of personal pain.
Few people are willing to risk their jobs for the greater good.
The problem can be corrected only by making the interests of senators congruent with their states.
Return the senate to the states, and senators won't give a rip what Obama, rats and media have to say of them.
