They always say this and have been doing so for years. The 2.8T they are talking about actually does exist, but the problem is that it is in the form of IOU’s (special issue treasuries ). They are constantly counting it and adding it up as if it is real money.

I think its more like a 10 trillon dollare surplus....wink wink....

afterall, you can make up any budget just by writing down these numbers....

like Fort Knox....is the gold really really there?
