Exactly. If I’m asked, I don’t say yes OR no... It’s NUNYA, as in NUNYA business!
If I were asking someone about whether or not they owned a gun and they replied with “none of your business,” or something like it, I’d assume they did. A better response would be a simple falsehood - “No!”
