I am getting more and more ashamed of being associated with such stupidity in academia. I would not last ten seconds in a room with these fools without losing my demeanor and lowering myself to their level—except that until such stupidity is expunged from academia there will be less and less worthy of the word.
I’m starting a class at the University of Houston this summer. Wait till they get a load of my t-shirts!
