In general I agree with you with one caveat. There is a class of American Blacks like Clarence Thomas, Allen West, Ben Carson, Herman Cain, Condi Rice, business analyst on Foxnews, etc., etc., that have pulled themselves up and achieved the American dream by hard work and moral virtue. These are not to be confused with the feral “yutes” that populate our inner cities.

Those guys and a bunch of folks I know are not of the class. they are citizens like you and me. I don’t even think of them in the class. It is like the idea of having a White Party to be based on European and Christian derived precepts but anyone who shares those precepts would be part of it. Naming it the White Party would get a superblast of invective early on but it would wane to the background that non Democrats get anyway and with a name like that it would be a little harder to get away from principle, I would think and it would be less ambiguous than “Republican.”
