Harris told the appeals court that the prosecutor’s actions were not “outrageous” and did not ‘shock the conscience’ and therefore did not warrant the dismissal of the charges.

Faking a confession isn’t outrageous? What about to the person you’re sending away for life?

I don't want to distract too much from the main point of this article, but I noticed this juxtaposition (emphases added):

The national political media is ignoring Harris’ embarrassment before the court even as she moved on to the national stage last week speaking at a gala dinner by the pro-abortion group Emily’s List held in Washington, D.C.

The Hill reported Harris vowed at the dinner to fight for "the most voiceless and vulnerable” in society.

(I did find the article on the site of The Hill, and I see from multiple comments that I'm not the first one to have noticed.)

Democrats don’t get the Palin media treatment.

Anything Efrain Velasco-Palacios may or may not have done subsequently against the People of California is richly deserved, they having voted for the likes of Kamala Harris and Robert Murray.

Kamala Harris is either too corrupt or incompetent (or both) to prosecute JP Morgan with prima fascia evidence found in court records. In the Kalicki case both the trial and appellate courts mentioned the forged document that JP Morgan recorded with the county and then presented to the court as a fraud. That’s 3 state felonies.

Note the Mexifornia judiciary covered it up by setting the status of the case as ‘unpublished’ so other cases could not refer to blatant acts that were “outrageous” and ‘shock the conscience’. After all, Ms Harris is counting on the support of the banksters in her Senate bid.

Competence is not a requirement for a Slave Party Senatrix from California.
