Powell was on a greased track to get a star (General) rank. He did not go to West Point but to CCNY. He has been an affirmative action beneficiary for a long time. Now he, indeed, bites the hand that feeds him. When a black uses the “raciss” card, he is showing the weak character of a whiner. Colin Powell should be the last of us to whine!
