I know a clown in Alabama that was drunk half his life and had affairs with more than one teacher and he got a gig as a principal.
A masters in education means nothing. If someone has tenure, most school systems will pay for their masters degrees. Most teachers eventually get them to make the extra money every year.
So many of the guys got into education because it was easier or they were in high school sports and wanted to be coaches. All of a sudden, they’re qualified to be principal.
There is a growing scandal where “diploma mills” are being exposed for awarding additional degrees to public school teachers to drive up wages; in the end, if they are raking in $100K+ for 180 six and a half hour days of “work”, there will just be very few of them...
I would hate to be a non-black taxpayer ponying up the money for this nonsense.
