Why hasn’t he supeoned that server now?
He only supeoned “emails”, not the server.
There is not a damn thing that has prevented Gowdy from getting a subpeona for that server, other than being another gutless servant to
John Bonehead.
The company that house the server was hacked in 2010. It seems that there is some non- authorized knowledge out there. Is it possible that Gowdy and committee know what was in the Email and don’t want H and Co to know what they know. (Knowledge can be bought)

And a subpeona must be enforced by the friggin’ EXECUTIVE BRANCH. What the hell don’t you understand about that? Gowdy doesn’t have any enforcement mechanism - US marshals - to compel or arrest individuals who ignore subpeonas.
