At a Senate Environment and Public Works Committee hearing, Senator Jeff Sessions grilled EPA chief Gina McCarthy and left her unable to justify her money grab, showing that she could not explain whether climate change models were correct or not.
SESSIONS: I think EPA this year should be flat spending, or at least no more than 2.5 percent increase, you’re proposing a 6 percent increase. I mean, where does the money come from? Are you proposing to break the limitations?

Sessions blew it. The EPA should get at least a 5% cut. Eff’em.
At LEAST 5% cut... at BEST a 100% cut.
EPA should get a budget equal to the percent increase in global warming over the last 14 years as determined by IPCC.

Fact: bureaucrats are incapable of determining how to budget, how to realistically plan, and how to answer most questions that start with “why?”. The only thing they know is how to ask for more money even though they have no clue as to why they would or should need it. It’s just the way things in government are done.

The states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for climate change global warming issues.
Note that so-called global warming has never been established by the consistent, predictable results of scientific method-based experimentation.
I was the chief operator of a public water supply for 30 years. I had to deal with these buttheads constantly. They’d come out for an inspection, and be all smiles, and find nothing wrong. Then they’d write a scathing report! The things they’d complain about were ridiculous! “Pile up some dirt around Well #4.” Stoopid!

Sessions should be President, but he knows he’s needed at Senate.
There is nothing the federal EPA does that can not be done at the state level.

Good post. Never accept the Left’s premise to any situation. I recall a video of none other than Bill Ayers, the education PHD, explain the same concept and how his fellow Leftists put it to such dangerous use.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

She’s beyond stupid. A woman who doesn’t know what she doesn’t know. If an Engineer were to try to run crap like that in a technical discussion he’d be out the door in 10 seconds flat. Been there, seen that.
Sessions is a prosecutor. He led her down every dark road he could, set traps for her and she took the bait.
Nothing more then a clueless college liberal, not qualified to run a 7-11 much less a multi-billion dollar federal agency.
