Does this exclusion of Blacks and Asians mean that the Indians are secretly prejudiced against Blacks and Asians?
That is, the Indians don't want to give Blacks and Asians "Amnesty" so that they too can have a pathway to citizenship in the Indian Nation?
Sure looks to me that the Indians are revealing how prejudice they can be when they themselves have power of life and death over people like Blacks and Asians.
