If this happened in Miami why is the article not in English? this appears to be a poor translation. are there any news people in Miami that still speak English?

Ironically, while waiting for news of a scheduled friend's flight departure yesterday, I was disturbed by a homeless man who asked if I wanted a free copy of The Miami Herald—in English. It's a shadow of its former self, and perhaps even of the Spanish version, "El Miami Herald".

The Herald has ALWAYS been a lefty sh-t wrapper of a paper, in English or Spanish.
