I am tired of this drama

Here's the thought I've expressed on a few threads: In November, the voters could not have sent a clearer message that we wanted Republicans in DC to take charge and DO SOMETHING !!! They should've gotten to DC enraged about the earlier deal for most of the budget. We gave them plenty of rope with that margin of victory. They could use it as a lifeline to save the US or to hang themselves. They've used it to hang themselves.

Blah blah blah is correct. They need to shut the HOR down if that's what it takes to get a new Speaker. Only a real crisis will change the direction of things.

Not only the mandate, but amnesty, especially dictatorial amnesty is unpopular. The republicans had the wind at their back, but they punted to the Democrats. Boehner’s lying is rivaled only by Obama, either get rid of him or accept the fact you are trying to hide behind his lies.

And let me ad this, if they were to show enough fortitude to bench that loser, I think they would find a solid and enthusiastic base. They would have the leverage to pick their battles. As it is now, if Boehner refused to stick his hand in a meet grinder he would be criticized.
