Do govt. workers still get paid when there is a “snow emergency”?

Military members do. Civilians have administrative leave, but I am not sure what that means.

With being snowed in today, I am still doing things I would have done at work. Except for looking at FR, which I never do at work.

If a snow day is called and the government shuts down, then yes the federal employees get paid.
