State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf recieves a grilling on Hillary Clinton's use of a private email account to communicate during her tenure at the State Department. Asked if the State Department has concluded there was no classified information included in her emails, Harf says "I don't think it's a really pertinent question."

She had 55,000 emails on her PERSONAL email system (on a computer in her house, so ifthe hard drive crashes it REALLY DOES lose everything)
Is she following government mandate backup and retention laws?
AND!!! Those emails must have been FROM/TO SOMEONE! Can’t they just subpoena the state department and ask for ALL emails sent OR RECEIVED from her regarding official business from ANY EMPLOYEE’s government or personal accounts?
I suggest he do that now- find out how many government employees are using personal email accounts
Here is another trick they use- they set up a FAKE email account that TWO PEOPLE use, and they both know the email address and password.
Then they just created a DRAFT of any letter, and DO NOT SEND. The other person just looks to see if there is a new DRAFT message. (with subject line = “To Mary:” or something).
Then, legally, the email was never ‘sent’
55,000 emails over 4 years is only 36 per day... not a lot. Is there an ‘18 minute gap’? This is very much like discovering Nixon had a secret tape recording system. Who will be her “Rosemary Woods”
AND... HilLIARy HAD TO KNOW FOR YEARS now that they wanted her emails- was she going to tell them about the secret server at her house? or did someone else let it slip?
