Since a St. Louis County grand jury didn't indict Wilson, I'm not so sure they're all that friendly to a Brown family suit.
Though I think the standard of proof is lower in a civil trial. Still, most decent people in the St. Louis area are pretty tired of the whole situation. The Brown family sympathizers are almost all out-of-state, like in Washington D.C..
Agree; no way will the City get enough Jurors to side with them. It is reparations time! The good news is whatever money they get they will blow through quickly.
