Merchant ship owners can’t cope with increasing flows of refugees trying to cross from Africa and the Middle East to countries like Greece and Italy, says a report in WSJ

So far 7,500 people set off in search of a better life in Europe this year, 370 of whom died, while there were 219,000 crossings and 3,500 deaths last year, according to the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR).

I have my copy of Camp of the Saints printed by the Social Contract Press. I drove down to Petoskey, Michigan to get it and to take a nice drive from Canada.

Kindly as I am toward my fellow human beings- yes, draconian measures may be the only solution. The first disaster however implemented, would stop the flow. Also prison for any crew would be a good move.

Liberal 'logic,' properly interpreted, will guide us to a solution.

1. Major Owens taught us sharks still cruise the black slave shipping routes in the Atlantic.
2. PBS nature shows teach us sharks aren't racist: they eat both the black and white sides of penguins. So they must also still be cruising the longer established white slave shipping routes in the Med.
3. Environmentalists teach us sharks are victims, endangered by human overfishing. Thus it is only fitting for humans to give back to the sharks. Let the sharks accept these Lib(eral)yan donations. Insha'Allah
