Guess the Ferguson PD is tired of Holder and the DOJ's BS.

He said the people in Ferguson had reason to riot.

Funny only after Al Sharpton and he went to Ferguson did they riot

A Federal Judge slammed Holder's Justice Department and ask for a SP for leaks and illegal activity's and yes Eric didn't do it.

They are obviously being targeted because of their un-glowing emails regarding the Dictator.

But federal prosecutors became embroiled in a scandal after being exposed for posting inflammatory comments about the case on a local newspaper’s website. Among those busted were federal prosecutors Sal Perricone and Jan Mann, as well as a veteran trial attorney at the DOJ’s bloated civil rights division in Washington D.C., Karla Dobinski. It turns out Letten knew about the wrongdoing and took no action, according to legal documents.

Judge Engelhardt continued lambasting the DOJ writing that “the publication by DOJ employees of inflammatory invectives, accusatory screeds, and vitriolic condemnations, both directly and by the express encouragement of others to do the same, should confound and alarm any reasonable observer of the criminal justice process.” The judge goes on to cite a measure that specifically orders DOJ personnel to “strenuously avoid furnishing any statement or information” during the period approaching and during trial that could “reasonably be expected to influence the outcome of a pending or future trial.”

This enrages me to no end.

Holder KNOWS that there is no "value" in prosecuting Wilson, so he goes for a very thin gruel of "unfair" ticketing of black drivers.

The pathetic truth is twofold: Most of the drivers are black, oh what a surprise, the majority of the town is black.

MORE pathetic, is that because Ferguson is such a tax-sucking hell-hole, that there would be no money for government services, that the cops must "rely" on tickets to keep the hell-hole running.

The race industry must be kept alive at all costs.

Maybe Obama and Holder can get a few more cops assassinated like they did in NYC.

This is all about first getting the DOJ to “normalize” and “train” city PD’s. Next step, more Federal funding for the local police, then total takeover of policing duties nationwide. Believe it or not.

the same Regime which won’t condemn islam and link it to terrorism will condemn the police and charge an entire police dept with racism. Now that’s hypocrisy!

One of the practices Holder is demanding be changed is the court issuing arrest warrants for those who fail to show up for their court dates. That’s a practice common throughout the country, and it serves the purpose of getting those who have violated the law to show up in court. Without there being some means of accomplishing that, everybody who commits a bailable offense will just not show up for the trial. I suppose in Holder’s eyes, not letting his people “skate” for committing crimes is “racist”.

Did you notice that two of the complaints he was citing involved people who’d been convicted of violations, fined, and were upset because the court was actually trying to collect the fines? The horror! The horror!

Text:

DOJ’s “disturbing pattern” noise about Ferguson PD is fabricated, based on their own made-up parameters that would never stand in court. The actual legitimate racial profiling states collected by MO attorney general show that Ferguson is better than the state average and has been improving over the last 3 years. DOJ did not use that (publicly available) info because it did not suit Holder’s vindictive “sweeping change” agenda.

Same with the “all police dog bite victims were black” garbage. And when he resorted to complaining about blacks being called such “demeaning” terms as “transients” in police reports, I knew he was just justifying a total waste of time and money.

The permanent black underclass is tired of being held to any standards at all; they just want us to give them money then leave them alone.

I thought that’s what we’ve been doing for 60 years; maybe we need to do more.../s

AND ... the Ferguson PD was being used to generate income instead of performing law enforcement.

EVERY frikkin' PD IN THE NATION generates income via fines when not "fighting crime"

Can the PD take the doj to court to refute the findings?
