Didn’t hear one person talk about the fact that in all those videos of Gruber, he clearly stated that the law was written in a way that should force the States to set up exchanges.

Those very Gruber videos were run (and discussed) on at least two Fox News shows earlier today... on Special Report with Bret Baier, and on The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly.

I was listening to talk radio all day: Cain, Limbaugh, Hannity, Erickson. Didn’t catch every minute of each show, but didn’t hear it once from any of them.

More than anything, I’m curious to know if any of that was brought up in the arguments before SCOTUS.
