The Associated Press said Wednesday that it was considering legal action over unfulfilled Freedom of Information Act requests for government documents covering Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.
In its requests, the AP asked for her full schedules and calendars and for details on the State Department’s decision to grant a special position to a longtime Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, among other documents. The oldest request, the news organization said, was made in March 2010.
“We believe it’s critically important that government officials and agencies be held accountable to the voters,” said AP’s general counsel, Karen Kaiser. “In this instance, we’ve exhausted our administrative remedies in pursuit of important documents and are considering legal action.”

Or it is “out for repairs” and then, oops, there was an accident and it melted.

Indeed a possibilty.....but I don’t think this is as likely as it was just a few years ago......might have been in O’s original plan....but might not be now.
I think he truly hates the job and can’t wait to be free of it.
He had no idea that so many would fight his “transformation” of the country, and thought his anointing and charisma would charm the whole nation to blindly follow him like a Pied Piper. Had no idea he’d meet real resistance from not only conservatives, but that the media would turn against him (only because of how he has treated them, and only to a small extent - but far beyond what he ever expected).
He only loves campaigning - limiting his exposure to his adoring and worshiping blind followers. And there are fewer of those every day.
It’s a lot harder than he expected, and in no way is he up to the task. The Peter Principle has caught him, and he hates it. He just can’t handle it anymore.
I think he’s ready to retire to the golf course. No question in my mind that Michelle will leave him soon after he leaves office, and he can go back to his preferred lifestyle.....smoking weed and............

Valerie Jarrett has picked Elizabeth Warren to be the next 'empty chair' so that Valerie can continue her reign as head of the Western Caliphate.
In Benghazi, Jarrett/Obama were supporting the terrorists. Hillary was trying to buy back the Weapons that Jarrett/Obama gave them. They knew Hillary was trying to accomplish this to use as a 'bona fide' to run for President.
So... when the militants attacked, Jarrett/Obama simply refused to let the military take any action. Hillary got the blame, Jarrett/Obama won.
They thought this would totally defeat Hillary, but it didn't. Now that she is still in consideration for the role, Obama/Jarrett are using the media to destroy her.
