Agreed! The Supreme Court is supposed to decide whether laws are Constitutional and to interpret them if their meaning is unclear. They are NOT supposed to do a damage assessment calculation. And, by the way, where was that damage assessment calculation when they sentenced MILLIONS of babies to die when they found a shadow of a penumbra of a privacy right in Roe v. Wade?
