Obama’s DOJ if full of sh*t and Blacks love to scream racism (it makes them feel spe-shul), so... who knows.
There is, however, no more racism in Ferguson than anyplace else - which is to say that Americans ALL lean over backwards to accommodate the whims and fancies of our pigmented citizens.
The bottom line is that they don’t want to be treated the same as whites....they want better treatment than whites and get it by affirmative action and lowering of test demands so that they can pass them.
Boggles the mind.
