WASHINGTON (AP) - The computer server that transmitted and received Hillary Rodham Clinton's emails - on a private account she used exclusively for official business when she was secretary of state - traced back to an Internet service registered to her family's home in Chappaqua, New York, according to Internet records reviewed by The Associated Press.
The highly unusual practice of a Cabinet-level official physically running her own email would have given Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, impressive control over limiting access to her message archives. It also would distinguish Clinton's secretive email practices as far more sophisticated than some politicians, including Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin, who were caught conducting official business using free email services operated by Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc.
The laws don't apply to the nobility.

AP is trying to trick us into accepting two "facts" in one sentence that simply are not in evidence.
If this wasn’t also a matter of national security - which it clearly is - I might be just laughing about all of this. I gotta believe there’s one reason she did this. I wasn’t about avoiding future scrutiny or email archives: I bet it was because she didn’t trust Obama one whit.
Is this the service and email address she (And Bill) mused to raise funds for the Clinton FOundation from foreign governments???
Under Obama, no Democrat has come forward as a developing leader. Unless Elizabeth Warren gets involved if hillary has to drop out (anyone else would have to at this point), it wouldn't be hard to have some almost-unknown fill the void.

Look at the prosecution of David Petraeus. He may have violated a law but no harm was done. As Giuliani pointed out, for the government to go after him required Obama's OK. Will Obama authorize any action against Hillary? Highly unlikely even though they despise each other.

These are the Clintons. They must think we have short memories. These are the people who had goon squads and death lists and managed to leave office with hundreds of millions in the bank THAT WE KNOW OF... Email? Jeepers creepers.

Caught and praised as the smartest women in the world doesn’t qualify .
