I don’t rightly know. I think you’d have to see a critical mass of similar cases to reach that point. Facing a judge rather than a jury might likely produce a different outcome.

Agree. Which is why future defendants would elect to be tried by a jury of their peers.

My guess is FL prosecutors will more or less throw in the towel on medical marijuana in light of this verdict.
