A simple solution: Let Mr. Obama formulate and execute a coherent foreign policy, rather than having hissy fits when a foreign leader accepts an invitation by Congress to speak before a joint session. If he wants to be best buds with Iran and let them have nuclear arms, let him say so and do so. If he wants to have the MB take over the Middle East, let him say so and do so. If he wants an ordered, rational world where the ME is on its perpetual slow boil but unlikely to grow significantly worse in the foreseeable future, let him say so and figure out a way to accomplish that, and tell everyone what it is, and do so.
