Shots Fired Near NSA Headquarters, Building Damaged by Gunfire

Park Police officials told News4 they're investigating a report of shots fired along BW Parkway and Route 32 in Fort Meade, Maryland. The National Security Agency is located nearby, and has reported that one of their buildings has been damaged by what appears to be gunfire. NSA and Park Police officials are investigating whether the incidents are related. No word of any injuries.

My guess will be 5.56 M855 rounds. Another False Flag operation?
Did the perps conveniently leave plenty of easily identified brass and unfired M855 rounds at the scene?
Did they "accidentally" leave some Tea Party newsletters and racist flyers behind?
Was the get-away vehicle an MRAP with a DHS logos stenciled on the sides?
