I have a 175 GT and you need the muffs on the water intake with the hose attached.
The neighbors a mile away know when I test run it, LOL!

I was selling a 25 hp and the guy wanted to make it started up. He put it in gear while it was still on the transom of the boat on a trailer. What a sight. LOL!
