March is when Brennan took over at CIA from Petreaus, who was cynical of any deal with Iran. Brennan, like Hillary, was caught using private email/ non-government email... So it is no surprise that Hillary set up a server at the same time as Brennan and the same time they got serious about the Iran deal.[And they might have had multiple systems.]
